Kick-start your career in entrepreneurship by joining our internship program and gaining valuable experience working for a clean energy startup
Want to become a clean energy entrepreneur?
You're in the right place
Working for an existing startup is one of the best ways to gain useful experience for setting up your own company. EnergyLab makes this possible for final year university students by arranging internship placements with the clean energy startups we work with.
However, we go further than just giving you work experience. We also provide you with assistance building a path from university to founding your own startup.
What the program involves
We will match you with one of the clean energy startups at EnergyLab, who you will help grow. Along the way you will gain valuable experience and learn what it's really like to start a company.
We will make sure you're aware of opportunities to further develop your abilities as an entrepreneur and give you preferential access to EnergyLab's programs.
You will be coached by an EnergyLab staff member who has been where you are. At the start of the program you will develop a plan together and then meet once a month to discuss your progress.

If we think you're a good fit for the program we'll invite you to an interview to get to know you better.
Interview with the startup
The best applicants will be invited to a final interview with the startup (or startups) they wish to work for.
